it must be REFINED ground nut oil and you just rub it into your joints it doesnt work for everybody but I know of a few cases that have had very good results

Hi Helen I hope you are keeping well. I have just looked out of the window and I can hardly see anything the 80% is covered in thick dense fog. I cannot even see the very bright and glaring lights in the far distance only the very near ones. I can hear a foghorn in the background.

I see you are discussing arthritis - have you read the book "Treating Arthritis the drug free way" - it changed my life 6 years ago - based on cider vinegar and honey 3 times per day plus a diet devoid of acidic fruits etc.

I got a supply of 28 naprosyn tablets last christmas (take 2 per day it says) and still have 7 left !

jazz...... i've heard of the cider vinegar n honey before, never tried it tho'....... have heard it's good as a slimming aid as well.... don't ask me how it works tho'.....
i'm sick of painkillers, none really work.... well, none that suit me anyway..... all the mega strong ones don't agree with me system.... can't win..... lol....
