Sheryl with any martial arts if they attack then you can use the karate etc to protect yourself and to disable your apponent..if someone came at me i`m afraid they would probably end up regretting it..

Going to have to get that vending machine fixed, it has been doing things like that all day, I think it may be possesed by the spirit of SEF..still it does kick out quite a lot of chocolate..
