I sometimes have space, but I can't say until I know what date it's on and whether any of my 'regulars' will be staying.

No, no. I'll be requiring somewhere as per usual. I don't eat much or piddle on the curtains, although I invariably produce a massive smelly dump on the morning after a meet, for which I apologise in advance.
