Hi Lord Smooth - nice place you have here! Roomier, and I like the new paint-work!
Anyway, a small gang of veteran H2G2ers (at the last count, 3 of us) are meeting up in Dublin on Friday night, April 11th. Venue and times yet to be decided. Truly informal - probably a pub or some such hostelry. All welcome!

Not that I know of,

There are lots of piccys at the official meet page, but I didn't take a camera just in case it was a load of anoraks, then I could escape quickly without being noticed

Well I was only in 1 anyway, and it was a group photo
The funny thing was that I am the only person with a tan in it!!!

Did you find it?
Does that mean that everybody else never goes outside??

Genie Posted Aug 27, 2003
Find what?
Pretty much what I was getting at
The group photo was in the caption competition, I think it was week 8 but I can't be sure, I'll go check....to be sure, to be sure....
(of course a very bad impression of the irish accent)

Yes, the meet-up happened! It was just three of us, Nora, Azara and myself, but strictly speaking, that's a crowd!
We went for a pizza just off Grafton street, spoke about lots of different things. All in all, it was a very pleasent time.
If anybody is considering a meetup in Cork, let me know!
