Pikachu

The pikachu is a smallish, yellow rodent, first seen in the Japanese cartoon "Pokemon". The creature has since propagated to level of being found on backpacks, t-shirts, lunch boxes, cards, and underwear. The creature can also be found in many toystores or in the hands of many whining 6-year olds.
In the cartoon series, the Pikachu is a creature that can manipulate electricity, and seems to have frighteningly high intelligence, despite having a 1 word vocabulary. With this in mind, should you ever encounter the cartoon animal, we suggest rubber suits as the proper attire for a meeting. On a side note, several organizations do have large bounties on the animal, should one be in need of funds, or simply wish to attempt the foolish, as no protagonist may ever come to harm.
