The Jedi Temple

In the Jedi Temple there is a place called the Hall of Mirrors, where all can come and seek tranquility. Through meditation and reflecting on the Living Force within you, you will be able to grow spiritually as a person. Through being open to the Living, Creative and Harmonizing Force you will be able to overcome the problems that you face in your daily life. It will guide, protect, heal, and empower you. Anyone is welcome here to learn to be one with the Force.
Get into a position that you are most comfortable with either by lying or sitting down. Completely relax and let all your muscles become loose by releasing the tension in your body. When you feel this that your are letting yourself drift into the Force, surrender yourself to that feeling.
This way help you focus on the Force and its purpose for you. Aim to direct what the Force reveals to you by keeping an image in your mind of what you are looking for, or what you know.
Lie back in water and let your body float, arms and legs out to the side. Close your eyes and let the Force envelope you. You will then start to feel as though you are floating and the whole of the universe secrets will be revealed to you.
There is no emotion; there is peace
There is no ignorance; there is knowledge
There is no passion; there is serenity
There is no chaos; there is harmony
There is no death; there is the Force
The Jedi Code at the most basic interpretation is the main set of guidelines for a Jedi on how to live their life and how to avoid the Dark Side. The Jedi Code is the most important part of training and a Jedi should learn nothing else until the Code is learnt and understood.
There is no emotion; there is peace. This distinguishes the confusion that emotion causes compared to the peaceful meditative mind.
There is no ignorance; there is knowledge. Jedi seeks to understand in all situations, which assists you before acting, as it allows you to avoid errors in judgement. A Jedi then realises that they can always learn more.
There is no passion; there is serenity. A Jedi who has control of his emotions will not act in haste because of them. Anger will often cloud the mind, making the mind believe that everything is against them. A serene Jedi will be at peace, balance and controlled.
There is no chaos; there is harmony. We must strive to understand that everything, from the smallest to the largest outcome, is the will of the Force. There is no chaos - there is harmony.
There is no death; there is the Force. A Jedi wishes to act on the will of the Force. A Jedi should aim to be acting with the will of the Force. Jedi do not fear death a Jedi, must celebrate strive to celebrate death as they celebrate life.
The Jedi Code teaches a Jedi how to live along side the Force. Fear, Anger, Hate, aggression. These are negative emotions that lead to the Dark Side of the Force and so therefore a Jedi is encouraged to learn to act without them.
Close your eyes and you will see clearly.
Cease to listen and you will hear the truth.
Happiness is not to be found
through great effort and willpower
it is already present in open relaxation and letting go.
The self is not to be shaped,
it is to be discovered.
It is not to be desired, wished or prayed for,
its true beauty is to be found in the mystery
unfolding out of the moment.
To know the truth is to know the self.
to know the self is to know what the self is not.
To be at one with what the self is and is not
in every moment, is to be enlightened by all things.
Then there is no trace of enlightenment,
although enlightenment flows through our daily lives
endlessly.
