A mennonite thing to make is something called "Rea-ehg". I'm sure that's not even close to the right spelling, but that's how it sounds to me. Basicly, you make a runny pancake batter and scramble it like eggs. So you get a big bowl of scrambled pancakes to douce in syrup.
Also, I love baking ommlettes in the oven, especially with lightly sauteed garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and brocclli, with just a touch of cheese on top. Very tastey and healthy!
I eat cereal for dinner moreso than breakfast. I have my top ten fav's on my home page...
