A Conversation for Great Comedy Acts

Amy: ear-deep in novels, poetics, and historical documents.

Bob Hope. Yes, I'm one of the younger generation, but I was raised on the "Road" movies (in which he acted with Bing Crosy and Dorathy L'amour), Son of Paleface, and Paleface, among other absolutley hilarious movies from that time period. In my opinion, the classic American comedian.

Red Skelton. I've only ever seen old reruns of his TV show from the 50's, but I seriously can't help but laugh myself silly during them.

Bob Hope's topical humor has yet to be topped. And remember, even though America claims him, he's British.
