Much of what you say rings a bell with my mental state, although you describe it more eloquently. I hope things are still good with you now. Did you ever have to take medication ?
One of these days I'm going to do something about my depressions, but they are too random to predict. Though I have back up measures I'm still inactive.
You have inadvertently provided me with inspiration.

Hello, and thank you for your response Yes, I've been on medication now for a while. It took a while to find a drug that worked and sometimes its hard to accept that my mental state largely relies on a constant input of chemicals. I'm on Zoloft now and it really does make a difference: it's kind of like a safety net, but the rest is up to me. Best wishes
