Friends of The Earth are working to save the local dolphins in the Red Sea from being killed by plastic bags. The dolphins mistake them for jellyfish, eat - and die. FoE is campaigning to raise awareness and clear the area of plastic bags.

What's good about this one is that Israelis, Jordanians and Palestinians are working completely together on this project. They have to be very careful - and don't meet in public - but they are in regular communication and say that the need to save the dolphins/environment outweighs cultural and religious differences. Yanu Ala Taleb is the Muslim contact. We could go in via Jordan.
