This is a UK government backed site for mental ill health suffers who are artists, or are interested in arts to discuss, submit and have their own work exhibited in studios. It sounds boring but has been a boon to all who have become members. MadforArts.org or find out about it at communitychannel.org.

Thanks for info! Is it only for those in the UK? I am an artist and just got three paintings accepted into an exhibit! 
I am very excited about it.
