I can't find any images of it through google's BETA, Architecture Week, or through [url removed by moderator].
Does it have another name? Who was its architect?

The architect of this beautiful Baha'i House of Worship in India is Mr Fariburz Sabha, a Canadian of Iranian descent, who also designed the terraced gardens in Haifa, Israel, which act as a setting for the Shrine of the Bab on Mount Carmel. You can access some amazing photos of these gardens and the administrative buildings of the Baha'i Faith on www.BahaiPictures.com
If the Editor allows me to post this url, there is an article about the Lotus Temple at this site: http://www.bahaindia.org/temple/marvel.htm
Thousands of people visit the temple every day, among them Heads of State and other people of note, including the legendary sitar virtuoso, Ravi Shankar, who wrote: "I am so deeply moved visiting this great, beautiful place that I find no words to express my feelings. I am sure people visiting here will find intense joy, love and peace."
Why is it shaped like a lotus? Because it represents the unity of religions - like other Baha'i houses of worship, it is circular in shape and has nine doors (9 being the highest single digit, and therefore representative of unity)signifying its openness to all.
