I think Ikea is a brilliant idea and very cheap but good quality stuff... sometimes!!
The only thing I get really fed up with is the customer service, the stores never have enough assistants when you need some help, the customer service desk always has a really long queue of people returning stock and you can't reserve any stock!!
When there is only 1 chest of drawers left or 1 bed or something, you have to dash to the store as fast as you can before someone else buys it!!
And when the nearest store is over an hours drive away, it can get rather annoying having to make 2 trips because there is no stock and you weren't quick enough...
