General Information
The County Calw is one of --- Countys in Baden-Württemberg. It has a population of ........ It´s principle Town is Calw. The other larger town is Nagold.
Geographicaly Calw lies on the boarders of the Gäu and the North of the Black Forrest. It is called the "Bäder Kreis" (County of spabaths) as it has several thermal baths in it´s boundries (Bad Teinach-Zavelstein, Bad Wildbad, Bad Herrenalb, Bad Liebenzell)
People
Calw still belongs to Schwaben. The Schwaben are renowned for their piety, their working efforts. Their attitude is more calvinistic.The dialekt spoken is "Schwäbisch". Talking to elder locals can be difficult, as the dialect has a lot of own terms, which cannot be deduced from the german high language.

Christmas Markest are heald on the five last weekends throughout the county. There is only one weekend in every town, but they are not set out on the same weekend every year. You will have to look out each year anew, when the market is held.
