It's so unfair, how come the Assistant Editors get their entries banged straight into the guide? (sob sob) Great entry BTW!

Fragilis - h2g2 Cured My Tabular Obsession Posted May 22, 2001
My understanding is that everyone at h2g2 goes through the same process, including h2g2 employees. A lot of people have had their entries accepted, edited, and featured very quickly lately. And it doesn't surprise me much that Ashley was one of these, since my experience is that his writing is top notch and doesn't need much editing.

Thank you Fragilis - feedback, especially of this kind, is always welcome.
Frankie,
My entry, as everyone else's, has been through Peer Review, edited by a Subbie and then slammed on the front page. The reason it got a picture is that the in-house artist wanted to illustrate it (I was very flattered to say the least). Our entries go through the same process as the rest of the Community.
And now an exceptionally shameless plug - I have another entry entitled 'Two-Stepping in Texas' which can be found here

All feedback, as ever, is gratefully received
Cheers for now.

Don't worry, I'm not complaining, you guys do a great job!
I'm just envious, wish I could spend all day on H2G2...
Great article. See you at the meetup! (Hopefully you wont be bringing a human dog along! - but if you do, I'll know how to behave )

Just around, starting in Venice, ending in Athens, via Florence, Rome, Naples and a few Greek Islands

Naples is my all time favourite holiday destination - I've been several times and love it more and more each time. If you want any tips/hints/people to meet feel free to drop by my space and ask away.
The Greek Islands are wonderful. The Ionian ones (Corfu and Kefalonia) are superb but the further south you head the more bountiful and beautiful they become.

You might regret that - you could get very jealous!

I'm not really here Posted May 24, 2001
My family trip to the Norfolk Broads suddenly looks slghtly drab.
(Just kidding, I have fun wherever I am. )

You should visit Colorado, Ashley. We have a few Researchers you could meet, and I hear that the Rocky Mountains are super for backpacking during the warmer months.

Yeah I'm definately going to the meetup, should be fun!
I'm also going away on holiday on Sunday till Thursday for a short break to La Rochelle, France (it's half-term). No H2G2 for 5 days! (actually i'll probably get a chance to log in over there sometime).
Seeya! (And a for Asley, how can I not love a guy with an 'e' sound on the end of his name?)
