500 g Mascarpone
250 ml coffee
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
100 g icing- sugar
1 EL sugar
salt
6 EL Amaretto
150 g Löffelbiscuits
cocoa

- coat the Löffelbiscuits with the coffee
- whip egg yolk, icing- sugar and Amaretto to a creamy mixture and mix it with the Mascarpone
- whip the egg white with a pinch of salt and the sugar until it is stiff and mix it then carefully with the Mascarpone- Amaretto-mixture
- take a bowl and stack the Löffelbiscuits and the cream into it ( first layer biscuit, last layer cream)
- dust the cocoa on the top and cool it at least four hours
