Swimming: Elementary Backstroke

It's elementary, my dear Watson.
The Easy Stroke
This stroke is easy. Lie on your back and slowly repeat this mantra: Chicken-Airplane-Soldier.
(1)Tuck your arms into your chest (like a chicken).
(2)Float spread-eagle in the water (pretend to be an inverted airplane).
(3)Pull your hands down to your sides while simultaneously doing a frog kick (snapping to attention like a soldier, eh?). Repeat until finished.
Each cycle of the mantra should last about two or three seconds.
