Washington (in England not America)

0 Conversations

This is a reasonable sized newtown set around washington village which houses ancestoral home of George Washington.
It is squashed somwhere between Newcastle and Sunderland in the North East of England.
It is split up into nubered districts, which no one knows what they mean. So for most journeys ask for directions from landmarks like: The Galleries shopping centre, Fatfield arts centre, Penshaw monument(although this is on the outskirts), etc.
