A Conversation for Driving Etiquette - Egypt
Egyptian Driving Test

I have heard two rumours about driving in Egypt:
Firstly, the driving test is just that. It tests whether you are able to drive a car (physically, that is). If you can drive 100 yards and reverse back to your point of departure, then you have passed. Or so I am told.
Secondly, there is an unwritten rule that the biggest vehicle has right of way. So if you wish to take a pleasant drive around Cairo, may I suggest taking a tank?
