Steve Earles's album 'Exit 0' is named after a sign he saw when driving on one of the interstates which number their intersections by the milemarkers. It was at the beginning of the interstate, so it was numbered 'Exit 0'. Sounds like a pretty weird place to be travelling to! "Excuse me, could you give me directions please." "Where are you going?" "Oh, nowhere in particular." "Ah, you'll need to take exit 0 then."
