In the UK the Linux Emporium at

sells cheap unsupported copies of most major distributions. They also sell the official boxed sets, which generally come with a manual and 90 days installation support.
I buy all my Linux bits at the Linux Emporium and recommend them to anyone in the UK using or trying out Linux.
In the USA the Linux Mall at

is well known, but I can't comment on the quality of the service.
Cheapbytes at

is also a good source of cheap, unsupported linux CDs in the USA.
