4 days in now but the only thing is i have replaced it wit alcohol do i die from fags or booze help?

Seriously now...
The times I quit smoking I had to quit drinking since nothing made me crave a cigaretee like alcohol. In the end like many others, I quit drinking! If I had the control desired in the first place and could only pick one 
I would have much rather quit smoking!
Some possible good news could be if you are really compulsive about smoking you may have a better chance of turning that compulsion into not smoking. This comment might only pertain to some people I have known. The more a person smokes the liklier they will quit all together, often replacing it with a healthier complusion.
I have no scientific study to site however. Just been noticing that the fewer they smoke , like myself , the more they hang onto them
