Hypothetical situation: It is 1 degree Kelvin outside. The wind is blowing and there is a windchill of 4 degrees Kelvin. Would it FEEL (not actually BE) like -3 degrees Kelvin?
(P.S. Yes, I KNOW that you can't have a temperature below absolute zero. I want to know if wind chill allows things to FEEL like it. Furthermore, yes, I KNOW such circumstances aren't possible on Earth. Furthermore, the starting temperature is 1 K, not 0 K, so there is some heat transfer to the environment to allow air movement).
