Official Odd Days are those where all the digits in the calendar date are odd.
Hence:-
17.11.1999 is an odd day.
10.11.1999 or 14.10.1969 are not odd days1.
Considering this, the next odd day will be celebrated on 1.1.3111.
For the sake of interest, it should also be noted that the last even day was 28.2.00 and before that it was the 28.8.888.
1Zero being considered an even number as you can divide it by 2 (0/2) and get an integer (a number complete in itself) result.
