We had one that went along the lines of
One person had their back to you and you said
"I draw a snake upon your back,
which finger touches?"
whilst trailing your fingers on their back and then touching with a particular finger. If they guessed correctly (1 in 10 chance!), then they were out. If not we then proceeded to the next part of the rhyme that I cannot remember 
anyone else know it?
