Banjo, would you please tanslate to Latin, the following 2 phrases. Thanks.
"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety" is the exact quote.
Maybe easier to translate is "Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither"
Also,
"Sell not virtue to purchase wealth, nor Liberty to purchase power."
Thanks Banjo.
SEMPER FIDELIS,
Howard

Qui necessariam libertatem dedere velint, ut aliquantulum brevis salutis emant, ei nec libertatem nec salutem merentur.
="Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety"
I've translated "essential" as "necessary". I don't know if that's the intended meaning. You could just leave "necessariam" out if this seems wrong.
Ne virtutem vendideris ut divitias emas, neve libertatem ut potestatem emas.
="Sell not virtue to purchase wealth, nor Liberty to purchase power."
