The Long-Term Plan to Take Over the Internet

Once we own the Internet, he's gonna pay for that one.
The Long-Term Plan
Step One: Recruit (Current Phase)
No campaign would work without recruits! During this phase we will try to get people to join our cause, (Through convertion or force, as shown in the picture) and once we have at least a reasonable amount of members...
Step Two: Calculation
We then need to work out how much of the Internet we actually already own. After all, we don't want to miss anything, or gain a page twice. We'll try and find out exactly how many pages there are on the Internet, or possibly Files, and then exactly how many we own. That way, we'll know how far we are towards completion!
Step Three: Spreading
Then (and this is the hard part) we try and get as many websites as we can to sport a fancy looking badge for us, and we add those sites to our total. Who knows, we might end up covering a considerable amount of the web!
However, During this whole time everybody is just about free to do what they want.
YAY!
The Guerilla E-Warriors
We'll need an army of Guerilla E-Warriors if we're ever going to succeed in this, so for helpfulness there is a Guerilla E-Warrior's Guide to Cyberspace.
Guerilla E-Warrior's Weapon of Choice: Silly String.
