The word 'closure' (especially when murder victims' relatives get it as the killer gets fried or sentenced) - it's revenge - call it revenge!
Mosquitoes humming. Large houseflies bumping into lampshades, window shades and me! I have personal ones that really gross me out:
Barbers bending my ears
my tongue touching the wooden sticks that ice cream bars come on - or the doctor's tongue depressor - I feel queasy just mentioning it.
Newscasters saying something went 'terribly' wrong.
hearing or reading the incorrect phrases 'equally as' or 'more unique', 'very unique', etc - a thing is one of a kind or not!
Using 'celibate' to mean 'chaste' or abstinent'. Celibate means 'not married'. It has nothing to do with having sex!!!
Leeches.
People beginning a blatantly opinionated statement with, "It is a well-known fact that..."
Seeing really puffy sickly crepey people naked.
Seeing newborn babies - still mucky - on TV. Or seeing inside people on a medical documentary.
The feel of velvet or corduroy against my earlobes.
People attempting to give weight to their airheaded ideas by citing the (unfortunate) fact that they are a mother or father.
Mothers referring to a child past infancy as their baby - they are usually neglectful parents who haven't noticed the kid has grown up - or else they can't offhand remember the kid's name.

I cannot abide the sound of tea being poured in TV adverts. Am I strange?
