from my own view about diet i do want to lose a few pound`s but i also have to get the correct ballence of food as well i do body building so i try to eat paster rice sald cerial (No suger)alpen and things like that i do eat less faty foods but do tend to do the wrong thing and skip a meal dinner usualy

Most eat breakfast cerial before the gym build energy and insted of skiping dinner have protien shakes then have a good meal in the everning meat not cooked loads of fat meat/chicken is realy good meat boiled potatoes boiled veg(just crispy to keep the vitamins in)
And i dont touch chocolate at all

You can eat things that you shouldn`t realy eat as long as you cook it without loads of fat and double cream sauces
