The best place to find out a healthy eating plan for yourself is between a PT (Personal Trainer) or a Nutritionist, both of these people look at your lifestyle and devise an eating plan to suit you needs and requirements.
A PT. will give you an exercise programme to follow, measure you, weigh you, and keep a record of weight loss and BMI, until your target goal is reached. And keep you motivated.
A Nutritionist will analyze the foods you eat to see what is incompatible with you.
I myself found the PT. the best because working nights I'm unable to go out and buy fresh food, so I prepak all my meals, and then go straight to the gym when my shift ends to work off any excess calories that I have consumed, like midnite. The part I find hard is eating every two hours! it sounds like it is so easy but it isn't.
You should always eat breakfast (not full English).
Cereal- Should contain fibre (weetabix, albran), the used will regenerate your body (any fluids you have lost during the night), If you can't eat cereal a slice of brown toast with a banana and a glass of will do the same.
On top of this your meant to eat 6 pieces of wholemeal bread, drink eight glasses of water, five portions of fruit or veg. Just doing that is hard enough, without eating a meal aswell.
I could ramble on all day about keeping fit and healthy, but then no-one would read it. Try eating a piece of fruit every 2-3hrs see how hard it is.
Being healthy make you much happier
