Sorry not convinced. I am always put on my guard when a technique is introduced by jargon that is elaborate and of no consequence. Your description, to me, sounds like a sigh.

Physically yes, but the key to this, it appears to me, is the same as the key to working magic successfully - visualisation. By envisaging it in the way described, you are able to make it happen.
I suspect you won't believe that either though.
