This is where all of the evils of the world are stored, these ingredients are only used in special requests, and are not usually accessible to the public. They include the seven deadly sins and other magical items that shouldn't be meddled with.
They are all kept under magical lock and key as well as unbreakable glass cases and magical force fields to stop them from escaping.
