Blue Food, or Food colored to be Blue (CAC Edition)

0 Conversations

The Galaxy holds many mysteries. One of these mysteries is organized around the concept of edible materials and the color known as blue. Blue is easily identified in a rainbow (refraction of white light) as the color between green and indigo. When this color is applied to foodstuffs, several things are noticable.

1. Blue food tends to be more appealing in food that normally isn't colored blue.

Ex. A drinker must choose between beer that is green, red or blue. Most in our studies, blue is more popular.

2. In confections, Blue tends to signify either a generic "bubble gum" flavor, or what candy manufacturers call "Blue Razzberry[sic]". As of this writing, an actual "blue" raspberry has not been found in nature.

3. A Blue colored food tends to be a flavored, usually non-alcoholic beverage, or a sort of candy. If it is a candy, it has a tendancy to stain one's mouth a bright blue.
