Are you sure you copied that correctly? Some of it is Latin, but it lacks proper sentence structure. It reads something like this
Caesar to I'm now by chance
Caesar ad sum iam forte
Brutus to he was
Brutus ad erat
Caesar this in all things
Caesar sic in omnibus
Brutus in ?? but.
Brutus in is at.
I really didn't translate, but I construed (to write the meaning above the words) partially because it's difficuly to put those peices together. All I'm saying is that you might want to recheck that Latin.

I think the thing is that it doesn't need translating - it's meant to sound (roughly) like a bad poem in English, just using Latin words
