I posted this previously but possibly in the wrong place! So here it is again.

I need this translated please " Claret and blue runs though these veins", the claret is important red or similar would be no good.

Since 'claret' is from Middle French (vin) claret = clear wine, I would translate claret into Latin as 'vinum clarum'.

A quick web search backs me up on this. Excellent.

"Claret and blue run though these veins",
"Vinum clarum et caeruleum per has venas fluunt."

You can use 'caerulum' as a shorter form of 'caeruleum' (blue).

Notice I've changed your "runs"(singular) to "run"(plural). If I hadn't done this it would have read "Clear blue wine runs..." which wouldn't be good.

being Latin should i use a certain font?

Not really any special font. Try an image search for coats of arms etc. See what other people have used.

If it is written out in capital letters, especially Roman capitals, though, you may use 'V' instead of 'U'.[e.g. CAERVLEVM] You will see this in many Latin inscriptions, especially on buildings. The symbol 'U' is a medieval invention. It is a matter of taste which to use.
