h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hello,
I am trying to come up with a latin moto for our Rugby club. Although it was founded in 1967 it has never had one, and now after spending many years struggling against the odds we have enjoyed a spell of good fortune and the club, after atracting some new players is having a revival.
We are not to sure on what we exactly want so any advice, help and assistance on Pronunciation would be gratefully received:

I have a few ideas if anybody would be kind enough to translate them for me.

In union we stand , In victory we soar. (our logo is a pegesus)

In union we stand , In attack we soar

and

In union we stand , through toil we sour

My dictionary recommends two ways of translating "we soar".

1. 'subvolamus'='we fly upwards'

2. 'in sublime ferimur'='we are borne on high'

It's a matter of taste.

However, I recommend this motto, if you can fit it on the towel:

"Quamquam alios viros corporibus nostris fricare nos valde iuvat, et nudi nos una lavamus, et insigne nostrum est Pegasus equus alatus, qui maximum vomerem habere dicebatur, omnino non homophili sumus. Vera dicimus."

"Although we love to rub other men up with our bodies, and we bathe naked together, and our logo is Pegasus the winged horse who was said to have had a very big willy, we're not gay at all. Honest."

Thank you very much for your help. You are right I don’t think your suggestion would fit on a towel but I will put it to the committee anyway. We could end up with the longest and funniest motto in the country.
