'noli umquam dimittere/tradere' are possibilities, but 'noli umquam dedere' is probably the best - literally, it means 'do not wish ever to surrender' Hope that helps

The reflexive pronoun 'te'(='yourself') in necessary here. NOLI UMQUAM DEDERE doesn't make sense by itself. Hence:
NOLI TE UMQUAM DEDERE: Never surrender (i.e. never give yourself up.)
Another solution would be:
NOLI UMQUAM DESPERARE: Never despair/give up hope. Or:
DESPERANDUM NON EST: One must not despair.
