Hey, when I was in Rome I visited a church which had a Latin sentence written in it.
Since the sentence was written around the main hall I am not 100% sure I managed to start with the correct word, but I assume since this was opposite the door (the first thing you see as you enter it is correct)
The sentence:
Ave gratia plenia dominus tecum ecce ancilla domini fiat mihi secundum verbum tuum et verbum caro factum est.

Ave gratia plena (not plenia)
Hail (unspecified person) full of grace
dominus tecum
the lord is with you
The next bit is Luke 1:38:
(Dixit autem Maria,) ecce ancilla Domini; fiat mihi secundum verbum tuum.
(And Mary said,) behold the handmaid of the Lord: be it done to me according to thy word.
Et verbum caro factum est.
And the word was made flesh
