Can anyone help with a English to Latin translation please?

Hi
I'm hoping to translate the following 'tongue in cheek' motto for something I'm currently writing. Can anyone help?
"For good health, avoid the NHS" or something of similar message if the translation would be easier.
Thanks in advance,
Jo
