Locked out
For some reason I am locked out of my original Identity.
The system just does not recognise my username and password.
Just thought that I would create a new identity to see if any one can tell me how to reclaim my true identity.

Without an ID card you are lost:-

Will gladly give a DNA sample to get my Identity back and get rid of this message:-

Hello #####,
Thank you for your emails. Due to the Data Protection Act we can't actually view passwords or answers to secret questions (the secret question is the second layer of security to protect your account). Therefore, we are unable to give you any details. However, we have just removed the block from your account to give you more chances to get into your account.
If you still can't access your account then we would be happy to transfer your Entries to your new account and post a link to your old page to direct other Researchers to the new one. (A final thing - we advise users to make their login name different to their nickname, to reduce the risk of 'lockouts').
Please do let us know how you get on and good luck!
Kind regards,
h2g2 Feedback

I am temporarily locked out of h2g2. My User name and password are not accepted along with my answer to my secret question.
