Of course the Victor Lewis Smith attribution may turn out to be as much of an urban myth as the Bob Holness thing - that rumour had been circulating for years before I heard where it started.

i'm off to LONDON ( remember that?) to seek my fortune because i love the city and the fact that there is soooo much to do and see and so many people to meet! i've found myself a flat with a flat mate and a plant and i'm moving next week. i simply can't wait!

Congrats on getting a place sorted out. I'm probably going to move back down here fairly soon. (Probably to Hammersmith, or thereabouts.) So which end of London will you be in?

i wasn't contributing because i wasn't here...i was in london looking for a flat!
so....yeah!
i'm going to be just south of the river in peckham....cheap and easy (ish) to get to. i had my heart set on living in shorditch but alas the prices....
how come you're moving there then?
the next step for me is finding a job!
