On Chopsticks

Due largly to the western inability to properly use chopsticks it is now the formal custom at business gatherings involving oriental cooking to use a spoon instead of chopsticks for the eating of rice. Apparently those of oriental lineage decided that it would be better to include a spoon than to watch rice fall out of a westerner's mouth as he fumbles with chopsticks.
