NYC Student - The innocent looking one =P Started conversation Mar 14, 2001
*in light of the disappearance of the OLD NYC battle forum, NYC is given free reign to start over. STUMPED enterprises takes over and renovates a gutted art deco apartment building in Morningside Heights, and proper bribes are given to the NYPD and the Mob. NYC goes out in one of the fleet of STUMPED vans and starts recruiting some of the locals as look-outs for any suspicious happenings by the sickeningly good forces of CHOPPERS. ads start showing up in the subways and busses offering medical plans and large salaries for those who are hired by STUMPED as grunts*

*Yo promptly gets pulled over simultaneously by a traffic cop, street workers, and a taxi driver he cut off a few blocks down, and gets the pulp beaten out of him. NYC notices that the old battle forum has returned, and moves in that direction*
