Weather Phenomena

Thunderstorms are a natural meteorological phenomenon, consisting of clouds, wind, moisture and temperature variations.
I believe they must have been invented a long time ago before video. Nonetheless they provide a pretty good light show with sensory features such as negative ion bombardment and light static charges. I've read that occasionally some poor creature gets the charges's full load and dies, or becomes an artist. In most thunderstorms there is usually an accompanying shower of water (known as "rain"), but if you're lucky the rain will get altered in the atmosphere and pellet down as frozen balls. Which reminds me...ah, but that's another subject altogether.... Anyway, these rain pellets can vary in size from quite small like a BB (I hope someone has already covered the subject of BBs elsewhere)all the way up to golf ball-sized and even baseball-sized (check for cross references). I tried to upload a thunderstorm but the size was prohibitive, and the thunderclouds were rude and generally very unruly. Someone needs to send down the VR-Cam to record one of these things just in case the weather channel decides to turn them off and just show their videos.
