And so, there she lay marooned on the silver shiny bed. Alone, & still but aware of a slight tinkling noise coming from above, but to the west. Streaks of sunlight glistened on her surface, and reflected like fireflies on a cool summer tropical evening.

But, the surroundings were becoming changed... altered in a way this new SD4WU had not encountered before. A green fluid leaked towards the tail fin and began to caress the elongated body . A sweet smell of freshness filled the air.

"CRASH! " metal flying down at great speed, huge discs of a ceramic nature shut the sunlight out, like a milennium eclipse. Water suddenly came flooding up all round, foaming around the front end, creeping up with gathering momentum.... soon she was completely submerged in this greenish liquid / watery environment.

Wait, slowly a current , no more like a tidal wave as a huge mass entered the ocean, hurtling the SD4WU upwards at break-neck speed.. surely no-one could survive?

The water leapt off, and she soon found herself in mid-air. STOP !, and then hurtle towards the foaming sea ready to..............

....................... could this be the end...for all the crew....


No.... the Submersible Device 4 Washing Up ( code name wash brush) was just encountering its first sink full after dinner at the Berrywood Household.
