POKéMON: Eve of Darkness

[Alone. Utterly alone in Space. The black depths of Space, filled with stars. The POKéMON logo appears, with accompanying music, and then fades away. [It is replaced by the words, "Eve of Darkness", which fade away in a similar fashion][Mewtwo][echoing voice-over] I am one of the most powerful Pokémon in the world.
[Swing around to Earth][Mewtwo][echoing voice-over] There are very few humans whom I feel any emotion for, much less respect.
[Start to zoom in][Mewtwo][echoing voice-over] But, one particular human saved me from my greatest enemy ever: myself!
[It starts to fall toward the planet][Mewtwo][echoing voice-over] And so, I felt a sort of ... obligation towards keeping him safe...
[The view plummets toward Mt. Silver in Johto. Ash and Misty are seen on the base][Misty] You want to do WHAT!?
[Ash] You heard me. We're going to climb this mountain.
[Misty] Yeah, but you know what they say! Few people who go to challenge the Gryphon ever come back.
[Ash] But even if we don't challenge him, at least Mt. Silver has some pretty rare Pokémon.
[Cut to a PokéDex; it shows Mt. Silver][PokéDex] Mt. Silver: a mountain in Johto. Pokémon have been discovered there as powerful as the ones formerly seen in Cerulean Cave.
[The image on the PokéDex changes to a man, dressed in black, with a flowing, dark blue cape. His dark-brown hair gives the impression of an impending thunderstorm][PokéDex] Gryphon is a man who makes Pokémon battles duels of life and death. He primarily uses Dark-type Pokémon. Dark-type Pokémon are considered universally evil.
[Cut to Ash and Misty, climbing up a winding path. Ahead of them is a log cabin][Ash] Well, there's the house.
[They enter. Gryphon is there, looking regal.][Gryphon] So ... you wish to take the challenge of DEATH??
[Ash] You bet. And I'm gonna live through it! [twists his hat backwards]
[Misty looks nervous. Key themesong...]
