Cats versus dogs

SO a cat or a dog. Which one's your prefered animal?
Dogs - great when they're puppies - ie the Andrex advert, but they do take a lot of looking after.
Cats - cute as kittens, play about with a piece of paper and keep themselves amused, dont need to be taken for walks. Give them a litter tray and they'll do the business themselves.
I love my two cats (well one year old cat and eight week old kitten) and am currently tolerating someone else's dog. She is very nice but in her first week here she p****d on three different carpets. Now shes whining under the table while the cats are both asleep.
Anyway, that's just MHO and I'm entitled to it!
