Hi Charlie.. How are you feeling now darlin'?? 
It could be stress related babes, or even something as simple as an allergy.. Try antihistamines for the itchin'.. (I know I've spelt that wrong..lol)
You could ask the pharmasist for advice as many now have a small consulting room in the pharmacy were you can talk in private.. Hope you're soon on the mend..
