Hi Chell, I wish I had your willpower, I don't even tryto stop smoking 
But the prices for cigarettes will be raised begin march, then another time due to raised taxes begin april, so this should finally be a reason to stop, I'll not want to pay so much for it

Hello Belana.
Hope your well.
I dont think the price of cigarets going up actually prevents you from smoking you always find the money some how.
It never used to stop me.
Im giveing up on health reasons this time with advice and help from my GP.
Today i actually woke up and not even thougfht about a smoke so i was quite proud of my self for that

If the price is going up again then I need to give up more than ever... I tried giving up when I got together with my fiance because she has asthma, the gum is fowl, the inhalators were also fowl and something in them mixed with my antipsychotics and make me fall unconscious. Besides it's a pychological addiction I have because I got down to just two a day without withdrawal problems but it was stress that made go back upto 10. The act of smoking makes me breathe differently so I become calmer that way and the knowing it's harmig me fits into my self harming nature.
