The pictures my mum took at our legal wedding ceremony on May 17th (almost a month ago ) have finally landed in our flat on PhotoCD and the most significant have promptly been uploaded to the OwlofDoom website.

It looks as little as though you are at a board meeting or conference in the first couple.

Owl is saying: "If I sign this treaty we'll have world peace, right?"
Nitina is thinking: "This was an easier catch than I thought."

That's not actually us signing the register. What I didn't realise is that these photos are always fake. The register was on the edge of the table and we had to do it separately with some bloke towering over us. We then got the register and pretended to sign just for posing's sake!

And you had to sign some papers just for the sake of the pictures? You know, now I wonder if it's the same when you see politicians sign some treaties...

Yep, it's definitely the same with politicians, except I think they _actually_ sign twice.

We just held our pens over the paper and pretended to sign a second time.

That's something politicians do on pictures when a meeting or an agreement has taken place.

That's what I meant. At least you only had to pretend-sign not to shake hands in that weird politician's way.

It is very strange the way people say things like no-one knows the whereabouts of X, completely forgetting that X may not regard themselves as lost at all (and might own a GPS) as well as possibly having friends.
